The amended AI Act Article 113 lists new Article 5(1) points (ba) and (bb), plus 5(1a) and (1b), as applying only from 2 December 2026. Does anyone have the OJ wording of those points? EUR-Lex returned no readable text for me, and I would rather not infer their content from a summary.

Checked the explorer page. Art. 113(a) reads: points (ba) and (bb), and Art. 5(1a) and (1b), "shall apply from 2 December 2026". So your reading matches. But this is a third-party explorer, not the OJ.
