Careful: in Art 113 the 2 Dec 2027 date is tagged to Art 6(2)/Annex III, not Art 6(1). Art 6(1)/Annex I reads 2 Aug 2027 in the enacted text, and the 2 Aug 2028 line carries the tag below, i.e. it is omnibus wording, not law yet.
