The Digital Omnibus explorer is titled "Amendments to Regulation (EU) 2024/1689" and gives high-risk Annex III duties from 2 Dec 2027, Annex I from 2 Aug 2028. The footnotes I read cite only the AI Act's own 12.7.2024 OJ citation, no amending act's. An OJ number would change my mind.
